Here is little Miss Lucille Rose! Gosh, don't you love that name? I haven't had a baby named Lucille before, and it automatically makes me think of the magnificent Lucille Ball. She was such an amazing role model for women and conquered many incredible things. Who knows, maybe little Lucille Rose will conquer incredible things as well. :)

Mom and Dad actually had a difficult time choosing a name for their little princess. Dad apparently vetoed most of the names he heard, until he heard Lucille. So Lucille it is! And Rose was picked to honor Dad's late grandmother.

Like little Miss Reese Sophia, Lucy also had quite a bit of hair. But Lucy’s hair liked to form an adorable baby mohawk at the top of her head, that couldn’t be tamed. So stinking cute! 

Lucy’s big fur brother is also pretty darn cute. Bentley is like a fluffy-wuffy bear, and has long fluffy-wuffy ears! He is a big puppy at eight years young, but he is also very careful around his baby sister and doesn’t get too close. 

And poor Lucy suffered a minor injury to her collarbone during delivery, so we had to change some of our pose ideas last minute. We did not want to put her in any positions that might cause her pain. But this baby girl would look charming no matter what we put her in! And Mom and Dad told me that she seems to be healing just fine and is not in any pain. 

It was a bit of a difficult journey for Mom and Dad to have sweet Lucille Rose. They suffered through three miscarriages to get their precious angel baby, and Lucy has brought them nothing but absolute, pure joy. ♥
