Little Miss Natalie Jean, what a beautiful name you have, baby girl! I don't hear the name Jean often for a girl, so I thought it may be a family name. And I was right! Jean was the name of little Natalie's great grandmother. I always love learning about meaningful details such as this during my sessions.
I have to say, my favorite feature of baby Natalie was her out-of-control hair. Some parents will try everything they can to tame their baby's hair for photos. But I think the crazier the baby's hair is, the cuter it is. :) We didn't even bother trying to tame little Natalie's hair.
When I arrived for this session, I was welcomed by the sweetest and best-dressed siblings. Big Sister had her best jewelry on, and Big Brother loved his watch and shoes so much, that he did not want to take them off. Mom tried, haha!
Big Brother also wanted to show me how strong he was, by flexing his muscles. We laughed and ended up chatting about the big green toad in Little Blue Truck, a book that both of our families have and share a love for.
Big Sister and Big Brother were so loving with their new baby sister, and it was endearing to watch. Still, my favorite is watching Mom and Dad get their solo time with their newest bundle of joy. I always see deeper emotions in those intimate moments. Emotions that siblings usually don't yet understand. ♥️
