Sweet, sweet baby Lena Omar, can I have your eyelashes please?! Seriously! I always get so jealous of the precious babes who have long, dark eyelashes. My own children have long, dark lashes, thanks to my handsome hubby. I had always hoped that our children would get his lashes, haha.

Look at her dark, whispy hair too! It will probably grow to be long, luscious curls like her mama has. I had told Lena's big brother that I loved his curls, and Dad had made a comment that Lena may not like hers. We laughed because that's probably true. A lot of girls with curly hair wish they had straight hair, right? But I think it's always best to embrace your natural beauty.

Our session had to be postponed due to our lockdown, so little Lena was about 2 1/2 months old for our session. But she still looks like a precious little peanut, doesn't she? And with such an adorable little belly button! :)

Big Brother pretty much ran the show for most of our session, which was fine with me, because he wanted to do fun things. Such as brush Lena's hair, jump on his bed like a monkey, squish Daddy's face, and give lots of kisses. He also wanted everyone to cuddle close so they could look at their Qur'an together, which is the holy book in their Islamic faith.

Lena's middle name is a meaningful one. I was told that Omar is a special family name, which is customary for middle names in their Egyptian culture. The name Omar means flourishing and long-lived. So flourish little Lena, flourish. :)

There were also some touching moments between Mom and Dad. Towards the end of our session, Little Lena was getting a little hangry. While Dad was holding Lena, Mama calmed her with her soothing voice, and Dad gazed down at her so lovingly. They shared a sweet kiss, and I had to step back to capture that romantic tiptoe action.

Well, Miss Lena, you are a beauty, and I hope that you'll grow up to be a smart and strong woman who does incredible things. I'm sure you will with biology and organic chemistry books in your library. Always remember all of the wonderful things you can be. ♥
